The tragically moving exhibition "Observance and Memorial" opens this month in the ICC gallery at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto. It documents the rise of the "Khmer Rouge" and their S-21 Secret Prison with moving photographs and informative narrative. The ROM's Emilio Genovese's somber and respectful treatment of the graphic material is both dramatic and wonderful.
