Preparations are in high gear for the Grange Prize which opens next week at the AGO. For everyone at Screen Art one of the benefits of working at the AGO is dealing with all the friendly and hard working people who put on these fantastic shows and meeting international artists like Jason.
One of the great things happening at the AGO this month is the opening of the Grange Prize which is a photographic exposition of 4 artists. You have the chance to vote for your favorite artist and the winner will walk away with $50,000.00. Screen Art worked with Graphic Designer Marie Minas for this installation.
The show starts soon and you can get info at www.AGO.on.ca.
Screen Art screen printed an installation at the Bell Lightbox Blue Room today for artist Nestor Kruger.
All the prints were screened directly to the wall with images surrounded by a halftone edging. It is an amazing recreation of a time lapse eclipse over a 25' length.
